Turner is Of Counsel with the national firm of Anderson Kill & Olick and practices law in San Francisco, California. A member of both the California Bar Association and the American Bar Association, he is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, and graduated law school at the University of Southern California.

Mr. Turner is a nationally recognized expert on construction insurance law, and has served as chairperson of the ABA's Construction Insurance Coverage Subcommittee. He has lectured at numerous conferences on the topic of construction insurance coverage and in 2002, the Los Angeles County Bar Association awarded him the James Acret Award for outstanding writing in the field of construction law.
