Judge Eli Chernow (Ret.) is a former judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and has written and lectured widely on litigation topics. He is presently serving as a private judge with an active practice of arbitrations and mediations. Before his appointment to the bench, he was a partner in the law firm of Tuttle & Taylor; a lecturer and associate professor at USC Law Center; and a special assistant to the governor on environmental matters. Judge Chernow is a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. (September 2018)
